Augustins no 24 (ENG)

Augustins no. 24 is a wonderfully warm blouse, with simplistic detailing and beautiful structure.

Positive ease: This blouse has a positive ease at approximately 20-30 cm, depending on your bust circumference. When you’re deciding which size to knit, choose the one which corresponds to your own actual bust circumference.

Gauge: 16 sts x 22 rows = 10 x 10 cm in Stockinette Stitch at needle size 6 mm.
Needle size: Circular needles 5 mm (40 / 60 cm ) + 6 mm ( 40 / 60 / 80 cm).
Yarn: The blouse is knitted with 2 strands of yarn held togehter:
1st thread: “Håndværksgarn ”, Hjerlholt Uldspinderi (200 m pr 100g).
2nd thread: “Midnatsol”, CaMaRose (200 m pr 25g).
Yarn amount:
1st thread: 700 (750) 800 (850) 900 (950) 1000 (1000)g.
2nd thread: 175 (175) 200 (200) 225 (225) 250 (250)g.
Worked: The blouse is knitted top-down in the round in Stockinette Stitch, with finishing broad folded edges. At the upper part of the yoke, a row of increases is knitted at the front and back, to create the draped effect of the blouse.
